CHAROLAIS BREED

Charolais breed

When fattening, the bulls of the Charolais breed form mainly muscular and not fatty meat tissue. One of the main features of this breed is high weight gains during a long period of time, maybe even up to 2 years. Also, based on an intensive feeding program it is possible to get very heavy cattle with a large amount of muscle meat and at the same time a rather low weight of bones.
